What Districts Usually Ask Us First

Can we use Title I or ESSER funds to pay for this?

Yes. Our programs are designed to align with Title I, Title IV, and ESSER III allowable expenditures. We’ll walk you through the specific language and documentation during our call.

How long does it take to launch a program?

Most districts go live within 4–6 weeks of signing. We handle tutor sourcing, onboarding, scheduling infrastructure, and family communication — so your team doesn’t have to.

How are students identified for tutoring?

We integrate with your assessment data (NWEA MAP, state assessments, iReady, etc.) to automatically surface at-risk students and prioritize by intervention tier. No manual roster-building required.

What if we already have some tutors on staff?

Our platform is flexible. We can supplement your existing tutors, provide additional capacity in high-need subjects or grade bands, or take on the full program — whatever your district needs.

How do you measure and report outcomes?

Every district gets an Admin Portal with real-time dashboards: student attendance, session completion, proficiency growth, and comparative data against district benchmarks. Board-ready reporting is built in.

Is this only for math and reading?

We specialize in literacy and math (including reading intervention through grade 12), but our tutors also cover science, writing, ELA, and state assessment prep across K–12.
